Every week, my dear friend Tammy and I video chat about our life’s goals and dreams and create our “please-do” lists for the week. Our lists are a combination of passion-aligned aspirations and daily tasks (i.e., the laundry). Since beginning these meetings in May, I’ve left academia, established regular weekly writing hours with four other writers, and re-dedicated myself to daily spiritual practice. For me, that practice is meditation.
For the next twelve weeks, I will meditate for one hour in the morning and one hour at night and share what the practice is teaching.
